  • Do you have a brick and mortar store?
    Yes, we have a pickup location at 264N Broadway #106, Salem NH 03079.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. We also offer flexible payments through Afterpay. Split the cost of your order into affordable payments over time. To select "Afterpay," select "Checkout" in the shopping cart, enter your Customer Details in Step 1, and then choose "Afterpay" in Step 3, the Payment section.
  • How do I return an item?
    Sorry to hear that you have to return an item! We strive to keep our customers happy, so to return your item you can fill out the return form and send it to us at kbeautysuppliesnh@gmail.com. Our team will take a look and will contact you about issuing a refund or credit. A tracking number and proof of shipment must accompany your return.   • What if my items are damaged or defective?
    In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please e-mail our team at kbeautysuppliesnh@gmail.com or fill out the form. We'll review your claim and depending on the situation will send you new product or issue a refund.
  • Can I exchange a purchase?
    For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept product returns or exchange opened or used products. Unused or unopened products may be exchanged within 30 days of the date on the original purchase receipt; a 10% restocking fee applies.
  • What do I do if I need to modify my order?
    If your order has already shipped, we are unable to modify it. If your order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your changes. Please contact us via our Contact Form or phone as soon as possible.
  • How can I track my order?
    All e-mailed order confirmations include a tracking number. Please use this number to track your order.
  • How soon will I receive my order?
    Order shipping times depend on the shipping method you select when placing your order. Our goal is to ship orders received Monday-Friday before 2 p.m. EST within 24 business hours. For orders placed after 2 p.m. EST on Fridays, as well as weekend or holiday orders, shipping time and carrier used will vary based on shipping address and the shipping method selected during checkout. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and Federal Holidays will be processed on the next business day following the weekend or holiday(s).
