We will ship your order within 24-48 hours. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking numbers when your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the incorrect shipping address is provided, the client is responsible for paying all extra shipping costs.
Free priority shipping and $5 flat rate shipping may only be applied to orders placed within and shipping to contiguous US addresses.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to issues of hygiene, we cannot accept product returns after packaging has been opened. If the product is opened and you are not satisfied with it, please let us know.
We have a 14-Day Hassle Free Return Policy within fourteen (14) days of the date on the original purchase receipt. The customer will be credited with the purchase price, minus the shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee.
